Important Shipping Information

Shipping Times:
Due to factors that may affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. All shipping times provided are estimates only. If you require expedited delivery, please select the express FedEx shipping option at checkout.

Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address details. We strive to minimize errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email.

The cost to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Marked as Delivered:
If your order is marked as successfully delivered by the local postal service in your country (e.g., USPS/Canada Post) to the address provided during checkout, but you have not received it, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued in this scenario. The decision to resend a replacement is at the discretion of our store.

If the package arrives in your country and:
